Laila Alawa is the Founder and CEO of The Tempest, the fastest-growing media company changing the narrative of diverse millennial women in the world. The Tempest has helped connect millions of people with over a thousand female thought leaders on every issue. She recently presented on her work through a TEDx Talk around the disruption of media and the world. Prior to founding the company, Laila worked at the White House and Congress.  Since founding The Tempest, Laila has been quoted in nationwide outlets like The New York Times, The Guardian, and CNN Money as a disruptive force in media.

Brennan Agranoff is a 17 year old senior attending high school in Sherwood, Oregon. He has been pursuing entrepreneurship since age seven where he first began selling his first products and flipping garage sale items on eBay. He's been featured in numerous publications and was named the 2017 Youth Entrepreneur of the Year by Baylor University.
At age 13, he founded his current business HoopSwagg, a sock customization company which he has grown to seven figures in sales. HoopSwagg is currently working to expand into retail stores and malls across the nation along with helping raise money for multiple local and international charities. Recently, they acquired one of their competitors, TheSockGame.com, and are looking to grow revenue through their channels along with Hoopswagg's steadily growing social media following.

Tori Bolt is the co-founder of Bolt Farm Treehouse, a luxury eco-friendly Airbnb in South Carolina. Tori runs the social media pages, coordinates all media coverage/features and is championing the company's new, exciting projects. Tori also has a passion for fitness and started coaching women in 2015 through a 24 day challenge which has evolved to a group of 250 women! Her most recent area of interest is public speaking. She spoke at the UTA leadership conference earlier this year and is speaking at Fearless Magazine's "Fearless Reloaded" conference in November.
